First off, who doesn't like shoes?! I think that physical desire can be obtained easier than a psychological desire but both are possible. I think either way desire can be fully achieved. It does vary depending on what your desire is. Like I desire to be happy, but what makes me happy? if its shoes that's physical but if its feeling self confident while wearing my shoes that's psychological. It all depends on what your desire is.
